Ravi Parbudin is a seasoned deal strategist with 24 years in lending and real estate. Based in New York, he has built a reputation for structuring complex transactions that create clarity and drive growth for sponsors, investors, and developers. He founded Retlaw Capital to deliver the agile, responsive, results-oriented financing solutions the market was missing. The firm now serves clients nationwide and is expanding into the Caribbean. Beyond Retlaw, Ravi is a founder and serial entrepreneur actively driving innovation in both the health and wellness and Technology sectors.

Steve brings over three decades of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. His career includes serving as Counsel for the New York City Housing Authority, Counsel to Breslin Realty Development, Associate at Davidoff & Maltio, LLP, and work with the Real Estate Tax Division of the New York Law Department, among other roles. Drawing on this extensive background, Steve offers deep insight and practical expertise, making him a highly valuable member of our team.
