Ravi is a commercial loan strategist and entrepreneur headquartered in New York. In his 18 year career in the industry, he has worked in both the Real Estate and Financing sectors across multiple states. As a Real Estate Investor/Developer himself, he has used his knowledge and expertise to build Retlaw Capital on the foundation of catering directly to the needs of sponsors and developers throughout the United States and now expanding to the Caribbean.
Ria graduated from Cambridge University in 2003 with a degree in Law. Fueled by a hunger to succeed she dove headfirst into the world of Real Estate and has spent the past 15 years honing her skills in both the Finance and Real Estate industry. Today, as Managing Partner of Retlaw Capital LLC her vast knowledge and experience makes her a very integral part of our team. She is compassionate by nature, driven, and is noted for going above and beyond for her clients.
Steven is a successful attorney with a law practice spanning over three decades, specializing in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. His experience includes working as Counsel for the New York City Housing Authority, Counsel to Breslin Realty Development, Associate to Davidoff & Maltio, LLP and The Real Estate Tax Division of the New York Law Department to name a few. He is a proficient addition to our team.
